WritersInc writers have experience writing many types of technical documentation including user manuals, SOPs, health and safety documentation and online help.

Who are we?
Ruth Hamilton started WritersInc over ten years ago. As well as being an experienced technical writer, Ruth is a highly regarded trainer, and our health and safety consultant.
Niki Bailey also has many years experience in technical writing, training and project management in a wide range of industries including IT and healthcare.
Both Ruth and Niki have varied backgrounds and between them a wide ranges of experiences. Both are practical, logical and customer focussed.
