Biographical Note
Commissioned by BBC Radio Scotland for 3 educational dramas to be broadcast to primary school audiences
Commissioned twice by Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Scotland to write their first ever musical 'Whisky Galore a Musical!' for a cast of 14 which ran for 5 months including sell out performances. PFT then committed to including a musical in their yearly repertoire thus ensuring work for musical artists. 2nd commission was to adapt Whisky for a cast of 12 to celebrate the theatre's 60th anniversary.
Commissioned by Cutting Edge Theatre Productions to write a suicide prevention play for senior pupils / college students for a Scottish tour.
Commissioned by Renfrewshire Council on various projects including researching & writing scripts for anti bullying dvds; annual children's performance on a Christmas theme.
Commissioned by South Lanarkshire Council on various projects including re-writing It's A Wonderful Life as a staged radio piece; researching & writing an educational dvd for teenagers on safe holidays abroad.
Presently doing weekly online newsletters for Hutt Radio and fortnightly online newsletters for Hutt Valley Community Arts.
