Faye Lougher of WRITEability trained as a journalist in the early 1990s and has worked on daily newspapers as both as a journalist and a photographer. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Journalism Studies from Massey University and is currently studying towards a Diploma in Publishing from Whitireia Polytechnic. Her articles and photographs have appeared in national magazines, newspapers and trade publications, including New Zealand Fitness; Next; Kiwi Rider; New Zealand Speedsport; The Evening Post; Contact; House and Home; Wellington Styles; The Horowhenua-Kapiti Chronicle; FMCG; D-Photo; The Tribune; Catapult; C-Store; Subaru's Symmetry magazine; TUANZ Topics; Essentially Food; the Manawatu Evening Standard; the Army News; Massey Universitys Research magazine and NZ Trucking.
