Operating under his trading name, BizWords, Wayne provides a full range of writing services to business clients.

He has worked in print, radio and TV journalism, is an experienced scriptwriter, and published newspaper feature writer.

As a Public Relations professional, Wayne wrote media releases, corporate profiles, speeches, reports, newsletters, video scripts, website content and communications plans
His marketing communications writing included advertising copy, product catalogues and display materials.

And in market research, he did proof reading, editing and rewrites.

In 2006, Wayne researched and wrote a governance programme for community organisations,(Governrite). This project includes a manual for evaluators and workshop modules for trainers. He now works freelance from home for clients in New Zealand and overseas

Wayne Hawkins has a MA (major Political Studies, backed by English, History and Sociology) and is accredited in Public Relations (APR). He has held management positions in Public Relations.

Wayne Hawkins has extensive script writing experience as an employee of Television New Zealand and a public relations professional. As a media officer for media and publicity services (NZTP), he wrote feature articles for a variety of public sector clients, which were published in newspapers throughout the country.
