Biographical Note
Thurlow studied journalism and wrote his first book at the age of 23. He has lived in many parts of the world, from the Himalayas to Hollywood, and has done many jobs, from gem stone dealing to taking a travelling dolphin show across Spain. He speaks Spanish and lives in Chelsea with travel writer Iris Gioia. In 2004, he co-produced Salvador Dali: A Biography, for the ITN/A&E Network, and made the short film Greta May in conjunction with his textbook Making Short Films. His biography, The Sex Life of Salvador Dali, "is a memoir that reads like a great novel"-- El Pais.
