I interview your customers to get the facts about why and how they’re using your products and services to solve business problems, achieve goals and satisfy needs. I then write a plain-English but engaging case study/success story that will help your potential customers and most importantly, decision makers, understand the value of your offering and how it might help them in their business. The story is written from your customer’s perspective which brings the objectivity and credibility of an independent view to the process so your potential customers can confidently reference your existing customers without bias.

Product brochures and profiles

What I learn during the research & interview process can also be used to write customer-centric product brochures and profiles which communicate the actual value of features and benefits within a business context. This is a significant point of difference to the traditionally written product brochure which usually presents an exhaustive list of features and benefits and leaves decision makers struggling to figure out the business value of all 358 of the listed features.
