Biographical Note
Hi, my name is Nancy Robbie. I have a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and a masters in engineering management. Prior to starting in technical writing, I have worked in several different positions including:
- production engineer in the HVAC and whiteware manufacturing industries where part of my job was to write user instructions for the manufacturing processes,and
- project engineer in Europe for a company that built green field foundries in which I have written user manuals for some of the new foundry equipment and processes.
- I have also written a health and safety documentation for a New Zealand stair manufacturer.

- languages: I am fluent in dutch and my german is good.
