Biographical Note
After a year as a researcher/script writer on TV1's "Good Morning" show, Rachel was feeling the urge to write in a style and voice other than the presenter's and returned to freelancing. Capable of churning out a script at high speed (as required by a daily, two-hour show), Rachel also likes the slightly more luxurious schedules of documentary research. An occasional travel writer (most recently on assignment in Samoa), she also writes lifestyle features to liven up the odd trade magazine and has been known to whip up a decent press release (particularly during a two-year stint as a publicist for BBC-TV in London). While focused on print and television, Rachel is also comfortable with the internet and, as she's inherently nosy, is happy tackling all manner of topics.
