Biographical Note
Patrick is a specialist in the design of Unit Standard based training and assessment resources for industry trainers, private trainers, ITOs, wananga, polytechnics/institutes of technology, government departments, universities and secondary schools.
Patrick's extensive experience as an adult educator has provided an excellent grounding for his instructional/educational writing work. He can assist trainers and employers with:

• The development of watertight assessment resources
• The creation of inspiring, learner focused educational and training material
• The production of easy to follow trainer tools and resources
• Moderation issues 

Patrick is happy to discuss any project with prospective clients. He enjoys variety in his design work and can help with projects from single modules up to complete qualifications. While much of his current work is with the larger Industry Training Organisations, Patrick always likes to work with private and industry trainers to stay in touch with the teaching environment. 
Be aware, he likes to get away on his motorbike on occasion and may have has his hands dirty from working on some ancient piece of machinery, but be assured, these weaknesses rarely impact upon his work.
