Biographical Note
Kirsten Rose is a Wellington-based writer who runs The Real Article, a business specialising in writing, editing, proofreading, media liaison and marketing and communications. 

Trained as a journalist, Kirsten worked for the National Business Review and The Main Report (writing the business, agriculture and executive health and wealth newsletters) before moving into research, working on several non-fiction books and coordinating the national Maori education project, Te Kotahitanga. These experiences paved her way into marketing and communications where she worked for three years at the University of Otago School of Business prior to moving into consultancy. 

Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies and Master of Arts (Honours).
