Biographical Note
My specialist areas are in scientific and medical copy editing - European Journal of Biochemistry, Belgium– inhouse 4 years; and freelance copy editing, 2 years, for Adis International (medical publishers), New Zealand.

I work as a copy editor in the areas of legal (criminal, youth and family) – court documents, submissions and reports; mental health – reports, newsletters, business presentations, correspondence; government – protocols and safety manuals, press releases; novels; short stories; medical theses and dissertations , psychiatric/psychology papers, articles and correspondence; advertising copy.

I write various articles for Parent & School, Healthy Living, Positive Living, Businessman Today, Business Woman, NZ Safety and NZ Builder & Renovator. I also write articles and advertising copy for advertising companies; travel articles for an English travel safety website; technical and medical essays for the USA market, and speeches.

I have University papers in: human development, adolescence, anthropology, history, sociology and religious studies, and Business Computing qualifications.
