Biographical Note
Karen Clark has worked in the communications industry for more than two decades as a journalist, freelance writer and editor, and public relations contractor. Through her business, Write First Time, she provides creative, accurate copywriting and editing services and effective public relations and media liaison services.

Karen has worked with businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, not-for-profit organisations and community groups on a wide range of projects. They include:

Newsletters and other publications
Writing and editing content, sourcing information and carrying out interviews, and organising photographs and other illustrations. Karen works closely with clients to create copy that strikes a chord with their target market.

Copywriting
Content development for brochures, websites, interpretation panels, promotional publications and other documents. Karen takes great pride in creating copy that enthralls, inspires, persuades and informs.

Editing and proofreading
