Biographical Note
I have twenty years experience as a writer and five years as a practising editor and proofreader.
I have written on many different subjects from award-winning architecture to the art of contemporary art, life of a yoga guru and skiing adventures in Switzerland. My love of design and architecture has drawn me to specialise in this area.
I aim to write intelligent, easy to read, well-crafted and well-researched pieces. I have never missed a deadline, always follow the brief and will write or edit feature articles, website copy, media releases and advertorial.
I am Managing Editor of the bi-annual Innovative Household magazine which features the most forward-thinking architecture, sustainable design and household products and blog on design for Fast Thinking magazine's Think Tank: http://www.fastthinking.com.au/thinktank.aspx.
I have a BA in French and English at Auckland University and a Diploma in Editing and Publishing (passed with Distinction) from Macleay College, Sydney (2005). I have worked in television, public relations and publishing – was an internship at CCH Publishing (Australia) and worked at McGraw-Hill Australia as Project Editor.
