We’re looking for a writer
*    To write up our real estate home study pack
*    Someone with basic knowledge of Australian real estate
*    Who can bring the pack to life in an interesting way, step by step and practical so people of any knowledge level can carry out the steps and enjoy reading and doing it

What we will provide
*    We will provide content for the specific investment methods and principles being taught
*  Additional research will be required to complete the package, add “soft content” and incorporate the basics of real estate for beginners

We would like to see
*    samples of your previous work – either a home study course or work that can help us assess whether your style of writing is right for this project
*    any evidence of your knowledge of Australian real estate – it doesn’t have to be detailed, professional knowledge, just show us what you do know.
*    If you have basic knowledge of any related industries such as mortgage finance, structures, etc, please also show us what you know. Although these are not requirements, such knowledge will help the writer with some of the sections

We want to appoint the writer before completing the final, detailed brief as we envisage working this way once a writer has been appointed:
*    We give you the outlines and our content in its rough form
*    Determine which of the balance of work you can research and which we will need to provide, for example we may need to provide all the content for the finance and the structures sections, while you may have enough knowledge to research any remaining property content required
*   You advise what research you need to do in addition and the cost thereof, which we approve
*  You prepare the first draft in rough form
*    We review, decide on the final content and add in any missing pieces, or advise you what to add/change
*    You prepare the complete package

*    Because of the sensitivity and confidentiality regarding the launch of this pack, a non-disclosure agreement will be required to receive full details
*   We will own the copyright to the work
