Need Writer to create 10-30 page mini-courses on
"How To Become A Professional ______________"
For each project, I'd like one of these on the following topics, but will consider others.

tattoo artist; hair extension specialist; eyelash extension, specialist; counselor (there are many types that are unregulated); pet psychic; astrologer' body art/pierce artist; feng shui counselor' home stager (please gear the feng shui and home staging toward real estate people as an added specialization); real estate assistant; physical/athletic/personal trainer; life coach; professional organizer; Professional Genealogist; Professional Speaker; Model; landscape architect; actor; minister; massage therapist' photographer; wedding planner; and others

I want both a written mini-course and a an eye-catching "promo ad" to market the mini-course.
Each mini-course should be a guide that includes the regulations (or lack of) to do this profession all 50 states so that the buyer can practice as a professional " ________" this within the laws of their state, and a "how to" guide giving directions on how to do any of the above. For example, if it is on home staging there needs to be directions on how to do this with images and illustrations or even a short video.
I do not want any content on general business management (already have that which applies to all businesses.

I just content that includes:
A description of a Professional _________
How to become a professional _________ * see below
Why it's fun and exciting to be a ______
How being a professional _______ makes you money
HOw does a professional ________ make?
How to promote yourself as a professional ________
What you need to start
Regulations of this profession in all 50 states (or links to the state regs but with notations of which may not be regulated or lightly regulated)
How to do it step by step (i. e., how to apply hair extensions, how to tattoo, supplies, tools, templates, directions, equipment - whatever is needed to know and have to do this profession - some require only the 'know how" which you would provide in this mini-course)
List with links to professional organizations they can join as a professional__________

Include quizzes throughout to help reinforce the learning of the "direction part" plus at the end of the mini course include a final exam with answer key and explanations.

I will provide access to a graphic membership to assist with making the mini-course but some will require outside photos. Will pay extra for those.

*Some require not much more than holding yourself out as a professional - other require some sort or certificate or license - did you know that one state requires only 3 hours of home study to become a counselor? did you know that several states have no regulation to apply hair extensions?
